2단계 심층 설문을 통한 국가산림문화자산의 정책제안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 산림과 관련하여 생태적·문화적으로 보전가치가 높고 역사성이 있는 국가산림문화자산에 대한 장기적인 운영 및 관리 전략을 제안하기 위해 수행되었다. 설문은 2차에 걸쳐 실시되었다. 1차 설문은 농수해양분야, 사회과학분야 전문가 237명을 대상으로 설문하였고, 2차 설문은 1차 설문을 바탕으로 국가산림문화자산과 관련된 업무를 수행한 13명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰 형식으로 진행하였다. 1차 설문의 내용을 정리하여 2차 심층 설문한 결과 향후 국가산림문화자산의 장기적인 정책방향은 국민들이 생활권 주변에서 쉽게 접근 가능한 산림문화자산을 다른 문화재와 차별화된 전략을 가지고 법적은 제약을 최소화 하면서 지정해야 할 것으로 판단하였다. 또한 홍보를 위한 책자와 상징 디자인 등은 산림청에서 통일된 디자인을 제공하고, 지정 후의 적절한 관리를 위해서는 산림청의 예산 및 조직의 확대를 통한 정기적인 관리 및 모니터링이 필요하다고 의견을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted in order to suggest long term management and maintenance strategy about National forest cultural assets which started designation of forest cultural assets which has high value in an ecological and cultural manner of forest. The first survey was given to 237 experts in agriculture fisheries oceanography and tourism, and the second survey was an in-depth survey given to 13 people, which performed a job related to a national forest cultural asset, based on the first survey. According to the result of the second survey, which was conducted after analyzing the contents of question of the first survey, decided the longterm policy direction of the National forest cultural assets shall designate forest cultural asset which is easily approachable for people near their living space, with distinct strategy to other cultural assets, with least legal limitations. Moreover, suggested that the Korea forest service should provide united design such as booklet, symbol design for promotion, and for an appropriate maintenance after designation, there should be a regular management and monitoring through the budget of the Korea forest service and expansion of the organization.
