This study explores the reasonable guideline of the BTL reward system. Using the research method of expert in depth interviews, this study investigates the desirable BTL reward system. One client and five advertising agency managers are participated in the in depth interview.
The findings of this study suggested that BTL commissions need to be adjusted to the reasonable levels. Also it is required to introduce standardized contract forms, fee system, annual contracts, rejection fee etc. Event though the consensus between clients and agency people is essential, these suggestions could provide initial guidelines both to clients and advertising agency managers regarding the reasonable BTL reward system and trading practices.
