한국 진보정당의 발전방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on Development Scheme of the Progressive Parties in Korea

The principal purpose of this study is to explain the failure factors and developmental schemes of the progressive parties in Korea.
Analytical framework for describing reasons why the progressive party couldn't be institutionalized within political process in Korea was divided into external and internal factors. External factors are political situation, various legal and institutional regulations, and political culture. On the other hand internal factors are divided into formation debate and process, political activity, and political principle and policy of these parties.
Through this analysis I discovered the fact that two factors, external factors and internal factors opperated the failure of progressive party simultaneously.
The development schemes for progressive party are as follows ; the abolition of bad laws included national security law restricting individuals' political activity, permission on the free organization and political participation of labor union, improvement of the laws being related to political party and labour laws, settlement of democratic political culture and improvement of anti-communisnistic consciousness, activation of subsystem, the employment of main officers through election, the presentation of the concrete and specific policies for labor class or alienation class, sound financial management through positive political funds included party expenditure, and maintenance of the unique relationship with conservative parties or opposition influences.
