During assembling the ship block process, the block lifting and turn-over events are not only inevitable but also very important for safety and block accuracy. In this study, the stress of the upper deck is calculated during side shell block lifting and turn-over events by using F.E.M. And we will predict the stress through non-linear function which is calculated by poly-nominal curve Fitting.
