한국 내시경점막하박리술(ESD)의 현재 상황 = The Current Status of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection

국문 초록 (Abstract)

조기 소화관암의 치료로써 내시경점막하박리술(endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD)은 수술적 치료를 하지 않고 근치가 가능한 치료법이다. 여러 술기와 기구들이 비약적으로 발전하고 있으며 국내에서도 다수의 기관에서 ESD를 시행하고 있다. 이번 종설에서는 한국의 ESD의 실정에 대해 다루고자 하였다.
