고등학교 스포츠 지도자의 리더십 행동요인 = Leadership behavioral Factors of Highschool Athletic Coaches

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of Coach' Leadership behavioral factors in highschool athletic coaches, 192 subjects (trade 136, female 56) from Weight Lifting, Track and field, Taekwondo, and shooting in 1 highschool sports players were selected for this study. The 40-item LSS( Leadership Scale for Sports) were employed as a Leadership questionnaire, Data were selected from highschool training dormitory and winter training camp, The selected data were analysed using Window 10.0 SPSS, t-test and One-way ANOVA Leadership were performed in order to find out difference of Leadership behavioral factors in Highschcool athletic coaches, The following conclusions of this study were;
1. There was not any difference of Coach' Leadership behavioral factors according to gender.
2. Training and Instruction behavior for Weight lifting, Democratic behavior for Shooting and Weight lifting, and Social support behavior for Weight lifting were significantly higher than other sports events.
3. There was not any difference of Coach' Leadership behavioral factors according to athletic carrier.
4. All of the relationships between Coach' Leadership behavioral factors were significant at the .001 level.
5. The relationship between Training and Instruction behavior and Democratic behavior showed high coefficient, Autocratic behavior and Democratic behavior showed independent structure.
6. The highschool athletic coaches leadership profile showed non-autocratic behavior and Training and Instruction behavior form.
