Low back pain is one of the primary maladies of morden society. Current studies
indicate that approximately 80% of the population. It is widely accepted that 1 out of every 3 people have some back pain at given time. Whatever the theory, and whatever the diagnosis, one thing is obvious; a problem so widespread in our industrialized society must have common traits. Examination of the typical patient with lower back pain often reveals the reverse.
The purpose of this study was to identify the differential evaluation method of low back pain syndrome. During the movement of nutation the sacrum rotates about an axis constituted by the axial ligament so that the tension developed in the sacrotuberous and sacrospinous as well as sacroiliac ligament. when nutation has pain in total flexion of spine, it is problem of sacroiliac ligment. But if when counter-nutation has pain in total flexion of spine, it is problem of lumber spine. If pain was that when pressing ischial tuberosity to anterior, it is problem of hip joint.
