The purpose of this international support of paper is to understand how an North Korea would affect the country``s economic reform. In doing so, we have designed a production function to deduce the factors that determine North Korea``s economy. In addition, under the condition that North Korea carries out its reform under its current socialist system like China, we have derived implications through an expanded production function that deduces the factors that guided China``s economic growth. Based on the growth theory, we have classified these factors into the financial sector and the foreign sector. The result of the research shows that in China``s case, growth in the financial sector has directly affected the growth of the economy, while the growth and expansion m the foreign sector has also influenced the country``s economic growth process. North Korea, on the other hand, has shown considerable signs of growth with the increase of international trade, with coefficients for the foreign sector reaching up to 0.216.
