KPI-C 프로파일로 본 ADHD 아동의 행동특성 = Behavior features of Children with ADHD through KPI-C profile

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 주의력결핍과잉행동장애(ADHD)로 진단 받은 아동의 임상적 특성을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 소아정신과에 내원한 아동 중 주의력결핍과잉행동(ADHD) 증상을 가지고 있는 61명이었으며, 이들의 행동 특성을 평가하기 위해 KPI-C(한국아동인성검사)를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 발달지연유형(n=19), 가정불화유형(n=7), 정서적 불안정유형(n=15), 적응적 유형(n=20)으로 나누어졌으며, 비행 차원을 제외하고 군집별 하위 차원들과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이처럼 ADHD 아동에게 다양한 행동특징들이 나타나고 있어서 이들의 주된 외현적 문제행동 뿐만 아니라 정서적, 인지적, 및 가정환경과 같은 여러 가지 측면들을 평가할 필요성이 시사된다. 본 연구의 제한점과 의의점이 논의되었다.
