The demand for nursing services is also increasing rapidly with recent changes in the health care environment. In particular, through the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, the dedication and sacrifice of many nurses followed, but not only has social compensation not been made, but also when a medical crisis occurred under former President Yoon Suk Yeol. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the scope of the work of nurses. Furthermore, due to the specialization, division of labor, and complexity of medical practice, the scope of nursing work is expanding by entrusting some of the doctor's work in addition to the nurse's own work. As such, it is necessary to clarify the scope of nurses' work in order to eliminate the blind spot of nursing work at a time when the scope of work is gradually expanding in addition to nursing work under the medical law. In addition, medical negligence may occur while performing medical treatment according to the instructions of a specialist, so it is necessary to examine the relationship between nurses' medical negligence and duty of care.
