보호관찰대상자의 재비행 방지를 위한 심리사회적 개입 방안 = Psychosoial Intervention for Preventing Recidivism of Juveniles in Probation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 교정복지적 차원에서 민관협력체계로 시범적으로 수행한 H상담실의 실천 사례 기록을 분석함으로써 비행청소년들의 심리사회적 문제양상과 특성을 이해하고자 했다. 또한 이러한 내용 분석 결과에 의거하여 우리나라 보호관찰제도에서 수행가능한 교정복지 프로그램 개발 및 원조 방안에 대한 구체적인 지침을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 보호관찰청소년을 위한 프로그램으로서는 공격성 감소 프로그램, 약물 예방 및 치료 프로그램, 성교육, 진로지도와 같은 프로그램 개발이 시급한 것으로 나타났고, 환경체계에 대한 개입의 필요성, 유연한 상담구조의 필요성 등이 제안되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to provide description of the characteristics of juveniles held in probation and directions of how to prevent delinquency recidivism. The current study assesses the demographic informations, counseling services, and psychosocial problems to understand the needs and interests of probation youth. Based on the results of content analysis with case records of probation youth, useful and specific guidelines are provided for developing and designing the prevention and intervention programs. To name a few, aggression reduction programs, substance-abuse prevention programs, sex education programs and intensive counseling services are urgently needed to be developed for preventing the recidivism of probation youth. In addition, this study suggests that it is necessary to strengthen interventions toward the contextual environment which juveniles interact and flexibility of counseling services. The article concludes with discussion of direction for further work in this area.
