The Republic of Korea signed the Artemis Accords on May 24, 2021, and the nature of the Artemis Accords could be the soft law or governance regime because it just makes the political commitment not legally binding, and that brings the question whether the legislation of the private ownership of space resources is necessary because of the Principle of Good Faith. Even if there has been a controversy so far, it is impossible to interpret that the Space Treaty prohibits the private ownership of space resources, and so it is necessary to interpret that it permits the one to facilitate the human's prosperity through space development. However, it is so controversial to interpret that the Space Treaty admits the private ownership of space resources, and there are many parts to be improved in the Artemis Accords and some countries' national space resources law such as the environmental problem or the international conflict owing to permitting the private ownership of space resources. In this situation, it is not wise to try to make a national enactment about the private ownership of space resources rapidly in terms of the national interest as well as the profit of human beings. It is desirable to do our best to make the international regime to resolve the predicted problems on account of permitting the private ownership of space resources, and to try to make the national enactment related to the one step by step keeping pace with the international regime and consensus.
