This study is approached to the spirit of foundation and corporate cultures of Yuhan-Kimberly Corporation. The Yuhan-Kimberly is the life-goods manufacturing company that was established on March 30, 1970. The founder`s spirit of this company is diligence and thrift, honesty and sincerity, and patriotism. This enterprise has been operated by CEOs who were authorized the right of management from founder. The founder`s management creeds was good machandise for nation, honest tax-pay for the country, and restoration of business profit to society. The history of development about this company is classified to the 3 stages of growth ; the based stage of business in 1970s, the stable srowth stage of business in 1980s, and take-off stage of the enterprise in 1990s. Expecially, the CEOs have achieved the growth of this corporation as they practiced management strategy which was able to cope with the rapidly changing economic environment in 1990s. As results, all members of the company is succeeded spirit of Yuhan-Kimberly man from the period of foundation to present-day. And Yuhan-Kimberly corporation has constructed traditional business culture and future-oriented corporate cultures. It is as follow: 1) business culture of ethics, 2) business culture of environmentalism, 3) organizational culture of humanism, 4) autonous business culture, 5) business culture of altruism, 6) innovative culture for the creation of corporate value, 7) business culture of patriotism, etc. These are the corporate cultures for creation of future-oriented business values in the Yahan-Kimberly corporation.
