생성형 인공지능의 지속적 이용에 관한 연구: UTAUT2이론을 기반으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

급격한 기술 발전의 시대에 인공 지능의 제품과 서비스는 일상 생활에 폭 넓게 활용되고 있다. 특히 Chat GPT와 같은 생성형 AI의 등장으로 사용자의 편의성과 효율성이 대폭 향상되었다. 따라서 많은 연구자들이 기업이나 산업체 수준에서 생성형 AI의 효과적 이용에 관하여 광범위한 연구를 수행했지만, 개별 사용자가 생성형 AI를 지속적으로 사용하는 과정과 영향요인에 대한 이론적, 실증적 연구는 아직 부족하다고 볼 수 있다. <BR/>따라서 본 연구에서는 UTAUT2 이론을 토대로 생성형 AI의 지속적 이용에 유의적 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다.<BR/> 생성형 AI Chat GPT를 이용한 경험이 있는 중국 사용자 470명으로부터 설문자료를 수집하여 구조방정식모형으로 연구모형과 관련 가설을 검증하였다. 보다 구체적으로, 연구모형에 포함된 11개 요인의 신뢰성과 타당성을 상관관계, 확인적 요인분석, 평균분산 추출값으로 평가하였으며, 또한 연구모형의 적합도를 측정하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 가설들을 구조방정식모형의 경로분석으로 분석한 결과, 모든 변수(성과 기대, 노력 기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진 조건, 쾌락적 동기, 가격, 지각된 위험, 윤리)가 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사용자 만족도와 습관은 사용자의 지속적인 사용에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In an era of rapid technological advancement, artificial intelligence products and services are being widely applied in daily life. In particular, the emergence of generative AI, such as Chat GPT, has significantly enhanced user convenience and efficiency. As a result, many researchers have conducted extensive studies on the effective use of generative AI at the corporate and industrial levels. However, theoretical and empirical research on the process of individual users continuously using generative AI and the influencing factors remains insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine the factors that significantly impact the continuous use of generative AI based on the UTAUT2 model.<BR/> Survey data was collected from 470 Chinese users who had experience using generative AI Chat GPT. The research model and related hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. Specifically, validity and reliability of the 11 constructs proposed in the research model were assessed via Cronbach's alpha, Correlations, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Construct Reliability (CR), and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Further, the several fit indices of the hypothesized model were estimated, and then hypotheses were tested through observed path analysis in the structural equation model. The results showed that all variables (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price, perceived risk, and ethics have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Additionally, user satisfaction and habit were found to have a positive impact on users' continuous usage.<BR/> The research findings not only provide valuable insights for both researchers and developers in the field of artificial intelligence, but also expand our understanding on the influencing factors related to individual users’ continuous usage of generative AI.<BR/>
