      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The cross sections induced by charged particles, such as proton, deuteron and alpha, have been calculated for silicon which is considered as structural materials of accelerator system and fusion reactor as well as computer memory chips. Up to now, the evaluations related with the charged particle-induced reactions have been less performed as compared with those of neutron-induced reactions. This work aims at providing the reliable nuclear data for the charged particle-induced reactions, because the available libraries for those reactions are insucient or considered to be inadequate for the purposes of assessing the facility with respect to operational safety and licensing issues. The cross sections have been calculated by the up-to-date nuclear reaction model codes, Talys-1.2, and compared with the measurements available. The optical model potential parameters, which are one of most important factors of the theoretical calculations on nuclear reactions, have been generated by our OMP fitting code which makes use of a simulated annealing method for the purpose of tting to the measurements.
