Followership is very important factors of organizational effectiveness and service quality. This study was to find out the effect of leadership and followership types of hotel employee on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The questionnaire was distributed over a one month period from May 10th to Jun 10th 2008. Of the 240 distributed questionnaires 203 copies were used in the analysis to give a response rate of 84.5 percent. The results of the study were as follows. It was founded that leadership type(transactional leadership, transformational leadership) of hotel`s employee have a significant effect on their followership, and that these followership types(alienated follower, sheep follower, star follower, pragmatist follower) have a significant effect on their organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention. Additionally, it was found that organizational commitment caused by hotel employee increases job satisfaction and decreases turnover intention.
