      This study investigated a casual relationship of two role stressors(role conflict and role ambiguity) between mentoring function factors(career function, psychosocial function, and role model) and job attitude factors(organizational commitment, job satisfaction), Based on the results of this study, several research hypotheses were tested. The following conclusions are reached. First, career function did not make any significant effects on the role ambiguity. Second, as for the relationship between psychosocial support function and both role stressors, it was found to be significant and negative, wheras job satisfaction and organizational commitment were significantly effected by psychosocial support factor. Third, the relationship of role modeling function to role conflict was found to be significant and negative. In addition, the association between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was significantly effected by role modeling function. However, role ambiguity and turnover intention were not effected by role modeling factor.
