호텔 비정규직 종사원의 근로 조건 및 관리 방안에 대한 만족도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

To manage the contingent workers is a big issue in Korea. Korean hotels hired many contingent workers to decrees the wage volume. It caused many problems. So this study is focused on finding out the difference of satisfaction about the working conditions and management ways according to the hotel grade and management characteristics. Also it was analyzed that how they affect on the management performance. To achieve this purpose, 110 questionnaires were distributed to the luxurious hotels and t-test and regression test were used as a statistic method. As the result, the satisfaction about the working conditions of the first grade luxurious hotels was better than ones of the second grade luxurious hotels. And also it was founded that the career developing possibility and job satisfaction could affect on the productivity and profits of hotel firms. Therefore if the hotel managers want to improve the management performance they should consider how to make their employees satisfy firstly.
