입체ㆍ복합 건축물 매개공간의 쾌적성 실태분석에 관한 연구 = 용산 아이파크 몰(I'Park Mall)을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyze the environmental condition and visitors’ response towards the "intermediary space" of a large mixed-use complex. To do so, the study conducted an in-depth field research of the intermediary space of I'Park Mall in Yong San, Seoul for an empirical analysis as well as on-site visitors’ questionary survey. The study identifies that there are three types of intermediary spaces: (1) the entrance area connecting the mixed-use complex with the adjacent blocks, (2) the junction area for traffic connection and continuous commercial corridor, (3) the connection area linking the individual buildings with the others within the complex. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows: 1) the control of acoustic noise and daylight shading must be improved in the entrance area for the complex, 2) the condition of green space and acoustic noise must be improved in the junction area for the traffic and commerce corridor, 3) the planting condition as well as acoustic noise with shading control should be critical for the connection area between the buildings.
