<운영전>의 인간학과 그 정신사적 의미 = The Anthropology and Psychoanalysis of Unyeong-jeon(雲英傳)

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to critically review the previous studies on the subject of Unyeong-jeon, and to analyze the notion of this work on the human nature and the value of life. Most of the previous studies have interpreted Unyeong`s love as human emancipation proclamation against the medieval governance system. But I made a suggestion that it should be interpreted as a kind of historical discourse and the symptoms of the historical subject. Another analytical issue on the subject of Unyeong-jeon is the meaning of tragedy in this work. Most of the previous studies have interpreted the tragic ending of this work as the great rejection of the medieval governance system. But I made a suggestion that it should be interpreted compassion and sorrow for human frailty and meaninglessness of life. The value of love will be enhanced deeper the despair on the compassion and sorrow for human frailty and meaninglessness of life. Finally, this study is reviewed Anpyeong`s character and his ideological orientation. Anpyeong and Unyeong are opposed in this work. But their confrontation is not as hostile, because they are homogeneous types of human. They are human who have outstanding aesthetic sense and feminine sensibility.
