But thus paradigm have been demended in recently environmental conservation of international stream. recognizing the definition of resources and the importance of nature, and the new paradigm to construct system coexisting between human and nature, abating the insensitive development and supporting the environmental sources which make effect on architecture, too. Expecially, a subject which provide the gradual usage for ld-building and new-building is presently important part.
Developed country have already engaged the conservative management policy for old-buildings and had the pre-experience and the real accumulation for new building adapting long-life, and in present, thus researches is continuously studying.
But, in our country, the system and the institution havn't yet constructed and after all, the burden to the increasing of building's stock is continuously accumulating. therefore this study focuses on the alternative about institutional application-system-construction for remodeling concentrated on thus problems. and tries to find a solution in making our problems conspicuous and activating through systems and applying cases of pre-experiential developed countries.
Through cases within inside and outside of country with theses bases, if we will consolidate restrained factors inside country appeared as the effect of the comparison and the analysis, social problems such as the past conservative management-conscience, the cognition's lackness for stock and the irrational architectural behaviors, and remodeling's cost and burden's problem appeared as important variance.
Finally, the process's absence of remodeling as technical problems and the development for constructural methods very indispensible factor is demanded, also for this restrained facts, to activate remodeling, we firstly must make policy's consideration which can need regulational and systemic(institutional) support.
