노인 돌봄을 위한 디지털 기술과 휴머니즘 기반 서비스의 통합: AI스피커를 활용한 대화형 에이전트와 ICT care manager의 서비스를 중심으로 = Integration of Digital Technology and Humanism-based Services for Older Adults’ Care: Focusing on Conversational Agents Utilizing AI Speakers and ICT Care Manager’ Services

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 독거노인 돌봄을 위해 AI스피커를 활용한 비대면 돌봄서비스와 ICT care manager에 의한 대면 서비스를 함께 제공한 경험을 토대로 추후 디지털 기술과 휴머니즘 기반 서비스가 나아갈 방향에 대해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 6개월 이상 ICT care manager로 근무 중인 12명과 심층면접을 진행하였고 주제 분석 방법을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 통해 ICT care manager의 역할과 AI스피커 사업의 어려움 및 성과에 대해 파악하였다. 연구결과, ICT care manager는 이용자와 대면하여 기기사용 지원 및 자원연계 등의 역할을 하였다. AI스피커 사업은 노인 이용자와 사업 운영 측면에서 어려움이 있었으나 돌봄공백 해소, 이용자의 긍정적인 정서 변화 등이 사업 성과로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 독거노인의 돌봄서비스 제공에 있어 디지털 기술과 휴머니즘 기반 서비스의 통합, 사업 운영기관 간의 컨소시엄, ICT care manager의 업무여건 개선이 필요함을 제안한다.

Based on the experience of providing non-face-to-face care services using AI speakers and face-to-face services by ICT care managers to care for the older adults living alone, this study explored the future direction of digital technology and humanization-based services. Through this, the role of ICT care managers and the difficulties and achievements of the Happy Comminity AI speaker Project were identified. According to the results, ICT care managers provided face-to-face support for device use, linkage to resources, and emotional support. The AI speaker Project faced difficulties in the perspectives of the older adults and business operation. The outcomes of Happy Community AI Care Project were the continuous care, resolving information asymmetry, and changing users' positive emotions. Based on these results, it was suggested that the integration of digital technology and humanization-based services, consortium among operating organizations, and improvement of working conditions for ICT care managers are necessary to provide care services for the older adults living alone.
