체육 전공학생들의 자기관리, 자아존중감, 심리적 행복감과의 관계 분석 = Analysis of the Relationship between Self-management, Self-esteem and Psychological Happiness of Physical Education Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between self-management, self-esteem and psychological happiness of students majoring in physical education. The subjects of this study were 324 students enrolled in J University and K University located in Chungcheongnam-do. Using the SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 programs, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and AMOS confirmatory factor analysis factor analysis was performed. As a result, it was found that self-management did not affect negative self-esteem, but did affect positive self-esteem. In addition, negative self-esteem and positive self-esteem were found to affect psychological well-being, and self-management did not appear to affect psychological well-being.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 체육을 전공하는 학생들의 자기관리와 자아존중감, 심리적 행복감과의 관계를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 충청남도에 위치한 J대학과 K대학에 재학 중인 324명이다. SPSS 22.0 과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여, 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis), 상관분석(corelation analysis) 그리고 AMOS의 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 자기관리는 부정적 자아존중감에는 영향을 미치지 않았지만 긍정적 자아존중감에는 영향을 미치었다. 그리고 부정적 자아존중감과 긍정적 자아존중감은 심리적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 자기관리는 심리적 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
