The job burnout of teachers must affect both their mental and physical health and a consequent deterioration in quality of education and teaching. It will affect students healthy growth ultimately. This study from the aspects of the organizational behavior, discusses the Chinese college teachers’ relationship between job burnout and its influencing factors. The research results show that: Person-organization fit, person-colleague fit, person-job fit on organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on job burnout and a significant negative effect on job burnout. Organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on organizational commitment and plays a mediating effect indirectly. So universities and colleges take effective measures to reduce college teachers’job burnout from the school of human resource management policy, teaching and scientific research team construction, teaching tasks and course arrangements.
