      This paper has the goals to analyze trends of elementary and secondary school human rights education(HRE) in the Republic of Philippines. So for it I studied the educational policies of the state and its history, organization and competence of Philippine Human Rights Commission(HRC) related to HRE, human rights of Philippine children and youth, the content of elementary and secondary HRE and its characteristics, peculiarities of methodology in the education. Also specially besides upper contents did I touch the trends of the elementary HRE in the state. As the results, I have known that the state have tried much more than our nation, Korea at least in the field of HRE, so that it could be rooted in the spot of the schools. HRE of the state are compared with them of our nation, Korea, in several points like next examples. First, Schools in the state teach the children not them of adults, but their own rights. Second, the teachers show raw articles related to their human rights enacted in the laws, rules and regulations directly. Third, they seek for norms related to human rights not only in the international laws(the Convention on the International Human Rights, etc), but also in the their own domestic laws(Constitution of the Republic of Philippines, etc). HRE in our nation are still much different from them of the state.
