부모의 공공시설내 아동편의시설 이용 실태 및 서비스 요구도 연구 = The Study on the Actual State and the Degree of Service Request of the Drop-In Day Care in the Public Institution

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to present the improvement plan of the drop-in day are in the public institution after finding out the actual state of the drop-in day care and the actual state of parents' usage, the gratification, and the request at the institution and the services.
The subjects of this study were 145 parents who use these institutions located in Seoul and Kyoungki-province.
As the tool for this study, the questionnaires for the parents were used in order to see the actual state of the drop-in day care and the gratification and the request at the institution and the services.
To sum up the results of this study according to the study problems is as follows:
As for the reason of gratification to the drop-in care, there appeared that they could have their leisure, and as for the reason of non-gratification, there appeared that there was insufficient circumstances and there wasn't provided the educational program at all.
They requested the operation of education program related to the young children's development of body and movement and the young children's development of sociality.
At results, the parents' gratification to the drop-in day care in the public institution was up to par the average. So we expected the institutions to ensure the number of users through the improvement of utilities and services in the drop-in day care to, manage this utilities that could be helpful to improvement of its image, for the parents to put in care of their children safely, at the same time, to have their leisure, and finally, for the children, to play safely in the better circumstances which was met to their point of view.
