중국벤처기업의 창업가특성에 관한 실증연구 (p.463-496) = An Empirical Research on Entrepreneurial Traits of the China Venture Business

국문 초록 (Abstract)

벤처기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 벤처기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 고찰하고 향상 시킬 필요성이 커지고 있다. 최근 연구들에서는 창업가특성이 벤처기업의 성과와 관련이 깊고 창업가 특성과 성과의 관계에서 전략이 가지는 효과에 대해 주목하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업가특성, 전략, 성과에 대한 선행연구결과를 바탕으로 창업가특성과 성과사이의 관계에서 매개변수의 하나로 전략에 관한 통합적 연구를 통해 벤처기업의 성과를 증진시키는 창업가특성을 파악하여 창업가특성과 전략이 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위해 중국에 소재한 257개 벤처기업을 대상으로 설문지법을 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업가 특성 중 기업가적 역량과 기술, 기능적 역량과 위험감수성향 요인에서 전략이 완전 또는 부분적 매개역활를 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This dissertation examines the influence on the performance venture business on the materials and components business in China.
This paper consists of background, purpose, research scope, method, and the structure and references and identification of the influence on the business performance and focuses on the framework of empirical study, hypothesis, and definition of variables. summarizes the major empirical results and managerial applications.
The purpose of this study os to empirically identify the influence on the performance of Venture business. The data for this research was collected from 257 China businesses utilizing the sampling method.
Analysis of the data in terms of results are summarized as follow:
It was found out that CEO's psychological characteristics are not directly related to business strategy. It was found out that CEO's competence is related to business strategy. and Business strategy were related to subjective performance.
The major contributions of this study are identifying the influence on the performance venture business by means of structural equation model, venture business on the materials and components business in China by the variables of reference review.
Although this study relies only on the small number of samples, it contributed to identifying the influences in the performance of venture business on the materials and components business in China affected by CEO's psychological characteristics, CEO's competence, business strategy.
Nevertheless, this study can be improved with more analysis on theoretical development, development of variables, the comparative method, and etc.
