The purpose of this study is to conduct the empirical analysis about the relationship between hotel employee`s participation degree in the intra-company club activity, and the organizational identification and the turnover intention, and to determine the intermediary role of the activity flow between the participation degree in club activities and the organization identification. For this, 260 people among the employees of 11 hotels of special, 1st , and 2nd classes in Seoul who are participating in intra-company club activities, were surveyed and its results were empirically analyzed. As a result, it was shown that the hotel employee`s participation degree in the intra-company club activities did not have the direct impact on the organization identification, and only through the activity flow it has had a significant effect on the organization identification. And it was shown that hotel employees` organization identification feelings had the negative(-) significant impact on the turnover intention. In this study, on the base of the results of this empirical analysis it was tried to suggest the theoretical and practical implications through which leisure activity flow in the company and the organizational identification is able to reduce the turnover intention in the human resources management of the hotel companies and to improve their business performances.
