수지굴곡근 위약을 보인 장요측수근신근 부분 파열 1예 = Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus Partial Rupture with Finger Flexor Weakness - A Case Report -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Muscle ruptures are common in lower extremities but those of upper extremities are rare. We report one
case of a isolated tear of the extensor carpi radialis longus with a brief review of related literatures. A 48
year-old woman had visited the outpatient department of rehabilitation medicine with complaining of
right forearm pain and difficulties in finger fine motor control. Symptoms seemed to be pronator teres
syndrome but electromyography didn’t find any abnormal findings. Finally isolated partial rupture and
diffuse atrophic change of the extensor carpi radialis longus were detected by ultrasonography.
