      This study was the second basic study on development of employer``s employment selection criteria for mental retardation. The purpose of this study was to develop the pilot questionnaire be based on results of literature review about employer``s attitude about employment of people with disability. For this, items of employment selection criteria for mental retardation was sorted by vocational rehabilitation professionals and the questionnaire was made out. The easy comprehensive questionnaire was constructed through assessing easy of understanding by vocational rehabilitation professionals. This questionnaire was constructed the pilot questionnaire of employment selection criteria for mental retardation through analysing questionnaire in point by vocational rehabilitation expert and employer and manager of mental retardation above 6 months. Construct validity of the pilot questionnaire will be necessary to development of employment selection criteria for mental retardation.
