위험사회의 도래와 지속가능성

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 스마트 기술의 편익과 위험에 관한 사례 수집, 분석, 스마트사회에 관한 이론적 개념 및 체계 정립, 스마트사회지수 작성, 지속가능한 스마트사회를 위한 제도와 정책방안 마련, 한국적 스마트사회 모형의 정립과 스마트사회 연구의 글로벌 확산이라는 5가지로 구성된다.
본 연구의 연구 방법을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌연구를 통해 스마트사회의 이론화, 위험사회 관점에서 스마트사회를 분석, 스마트혁명과 변화 분석, 스마트사회의 위험과 대응 등의 논의를 정리한다.
둘째, 다양한 분야 전문가의 심층인터뷰와 초점집단인터뷰(FGI, focus group interview)를 적극적으로 활용한다. 이를 통해 스마트사회에 대한 다양한 관점과 위험과 대응의 다양한 아이디어를 수집하고, 연구단의 연구 질문에 대한 검토의견을 수집한다.
셋째, 보완적으로 연구진의 브레인스토밍, 델파이, 컨퍼런스 개최, 국제 공동연구 및 인력교류를 적극적으로 활용한다. 특히 델파이를 통해 연구단의 연구중간결과물에 대한 전문가 집단의 의견을 수집하여 연구 산출물을 수정․보완하고자 한다.
넷째, 패널데이터 구축 및 인덱스 개발을 실시한다. 스마트사회를 좀 더 객관적으로 파악하기 위해 기존의 다양한 정보사회지수를 검토하고 스마트의 환경변화에 맞는 스마트지수를 개발하며 기초자료로서 각국의 스마트사회 관련 통계자료를 DB로 구축한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is collecting and analyzing the smart technology and risk society cases and theretical conception of smart society, making the smart society index and institution for sustainable smart society, establishing smart society model, and proliferating global smart society.
The research method is analyzing the smart society from a risk society perspestive, and smart revolution. Also, the report use focus group interview with the expert in various categories. Through this, we can collect various ideas about smart society. Third, the paper utilize researcher's brainstorming and delphi method, helding conferences, and promoting human interchange. Fourth, the research conducts panel data and index development.
