社會敎育에서의 放送學習 效率化 方案 = The Effcient plan of the Broadcast-Learrning in the Out-of School Education

The characteritics of the modern society-Innovation of technics, sudden change of knowledge, the currency of mass information, Complicatien of social life, and change of human environments have an effect on the emery quarters of human lite and always demand the new knowledges and training of technics.
The only school education and former learned experience in not comon use nowadays. Therefore, the necessity of the out-of school enducation is much more demanded.
As like this, the inportant out-of school education has been not only neglected till now, and is being driven scatteringly without its system and cantripetal point, the out of school education itself has but also much more problems unlike school education.
In this thesis.
(1) By investigating the subject of the out of school education of our nation and
(2) By applying the Broadcast-Learning heve
I am trying to get the efficient Broadcast Learning for development of the out of School education.
