부산지역 문화산업클러스터 분석에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Cultural Content Industry Cluster of BUSAN

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지식 집약적인 문화산업은 차세대 성장을 주도할 고부가가치창출산업으로서 주목받고 있다. 이에 중앙정부는 물론 지방정부에서도 지역경제 활성화 차원에서 성장주도형 문화산업 육성정책을 경쟁적으로 실시하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 최근에는 지자체간 지역경제 활성화 차원에서 문화산업 클러스터 조성을 위한 경쟁이 심화되고 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 문화 클러스터의 이론적 접근과 산업연관 자료를 바탕으로 요인분석을 실시함으로써 전국 및 부산지역 차원에서 문화산업의 전후방연관관계를 고려한 유기적인 클러스터 산업군집을 확인하는 것이다. 특히 요인분석을 실시하여 부산지역 문화산업 클러스터단지조성을 위한 관련 산업 집적화의 선정기준을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 산업연관분석의 요인분석을 통해 도출된 이러한 산업군은 향후 문화산업클러스터단지 조성에 하나의 기준이 될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The cultural content industry has features of higher-value-added and fast-growing businesses. In addition, it is becoming more important in the knowledge-based economy. Thus the central and local governments intend to rehabilitate the regional economy through building a support system for the cultural content industry cluster. But the current support from the government is not based on objective validity.
There have been no studies on the systematic structural analysis. From this point of view, this study examined the theoretical backgrounds of clustering and networking and established criteria to carry out the factor analysis. After classifying the criteria, this study investigated the input-output related effects on other industries. Finally, the characteristics of the cultural content industry were determined and useful policy suggestions to encourage the promotion of industry cluster were derived.
