The purpose of this study was to develop usability test scenarios and evaluation indicators for AI smart cradle ‘BebeLucy’ developed for women with spinal cord injuries using wheelchairs.
The scenario developed four tasks through the focus group interview contents of the previous study and interviews with developers. For the evaluation indicators, the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of ISO 9241-11 were used as evaluation areas, and Korean literature was investigated. As a result, Success or failure, number of errors, error contents, execution time, RPE, SUS, QUEST, and satisfaction evaluation sheets were derived. The developed scenarios and indicators were revised and supplemented after consultation by three usability test experts, and finally the final usability test scenarios and indicators were developed.
Based on the usability test scenario and indicators derived from this study, it is necessary to study the usability test of ‘BebeLucy’, an AI smart cradle for female wheelchair users in the future.
