범죄피해자지원센터와 연합회의 지원활동평가 및 발전방안 = Rate and plan of development of Crime Victims Support Activities in Support Center for Victims of Crime and Korean Crime Victim Support Association

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Starting from the Support Center for Crime Victims in the cities of Gimcheon and Gumi in September, 2003, and established a total of 58 private non-profit corporation. This year has been 10 years from the establishment of centers. Even though the expectations and concerns exist crime victim support Center has achieved a certain degree of performance.
Nevertheless, the citizens' welfare needs are increasing. As a result, the need for crime victims support is also increasing. This tells us to need for measures to support victims at the national and social level. Unfortunately, still have not been able to meet the victim support and protection.
This article looks back to the last activity first. And then evaluate it and provide direction for the development of desirable aims.
This study can be summarized as follows.
First, state and local governments to support the financing should be more aggressive. Support for victims of crime is the duty of the state and local government.
Second, training for support the officials continue to be carried out. Thus, the crime victim support centers should be the primary gateway.
Third, Support and protect the victims in criminal proceedings shall be all. In particular, it is important to support in the police step.
Fourth, Victim support Should be closely linked to the other community organizations. Because it is more efficient in many ways.
Fifth, Support for the parties shall be followed by appropriate treatment. To this end, the state shall prepare the way.
Sixth, Support center as a private non-profit organizations shall endeavor to catch the purposes of the original position.
Seventh, its presence should be informed citizens actively. Because it is possible to support when people get to know it.
