    The Typojanchi 2013 ‘Supertext’ exhibition was composed to explore the literary potential of typography, investigating the overlapping zones of typography and literature. Written from the perspective of the curatorial director, and from the distance of two years since the exhibition officially ended, this paper looks back on the curatorial intents behind Typojanchi 2013, and critically discusses how the outcomes were received and interpreted. On its way, it reflects on related issues including the question of the exhibition as a work in its own right, the significance of curatorial intentions and their explanations, and the problems inherent in exhibiting typographically-based design works.
