Nowadays, in digital economy, the competition between value chains or business models is more important than the competition between enterprises in the same industry. In this enterprise environments, the e-knowledge network which allows players of electronic tourism markets to share the knowledge for culture and tourism may become a source of competitiveness.<br/>
This article presents a framework of the e-knowledge network for a regional culture and tourism. The framework is composed of four layers such as users, services, technology & tools, and cooperative policy layer. Four types of e-business models for electronic tourism markets are classified according to the degree of e-integration and e-cooperation. The virtually integrated model of which the degree of both e-integration and e-cooperation is very high, is demonstrated as new business model based on the e-knowledge network of a culture and tourism.
