The purpose of this study is a to young childteacher's empathy scale and to examine its reliability and validity. The subject of this study were 33 young child teacher from Kindergarten and day care center in Busan.
The scale has divided into generally three part according to the extent of conflict and developed 12 conflict situation between teacher-children. And how much teacher share children's emotion is described and determined 4 types every situation. That acquintance observed in the progress of scale development suggests usually the measurement point of scale properly is confirmed by experts.
The results of this study are test-retest reliability were .68** and equally, 1, 2, test difference were distributed the situation of emotional conflict.
