사회문제의 효과적 대응을 위한 정책조합(policy mix) 모형에 관한 소고 = A Study on the Policy Combination Model for Effective Response to Social Problems

The combination of various policy measures to effectively respond to social problems is theoretically reviewed, and the direction and guarantee area of social policy are discussed based on the core public value of new publicness. In particular, it is necessary to consider the possibility and priority of policy combinations based on Hood’s NATO model, and potential policy measures from the beginning of the policy process (meeting agenda drawing, agenda discussion, decision-making, execution, evaluation feedback). This policy mix model should be applied to actual Council of Ministers on social relations, its performance should be analyzed, and spread to the whole government policy mix model. The new approach to new publicness based social policy mixes is theoretically and practically sufficient for applications to economic policy mixes, and we expect efforts to spread whole-government policy mixes.
