This study was intended to public officials working in 45 health centers in Gyeonggi Province.
The purpose of the study is to examine the relationships between Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) and Collaborative 3C; Communication, Cooperation, Coordination, focused on Inter-organizational Culture in an integrated perspective.
As a result, It also examined the moderating effects on LMX trust and collaborative(3Cs) to trust in supervisors. Whereas group had given a positive effect on collaboration(3Cs) and LMX, Hierarchical culture has had a negative impact on collaboration (3Cs) and LMX. Mediating effects of LMX and Moderating role of trust in supervisors has also been demonstrated that it can be significant impact on the inter-organizational culture of hierarchy culture and group culture. Therefore, officials culture working in the health center was found to be close to the group culture rather than cultural hierarchy. It can be seen that the hierarchical culture is insignificant impact on the efficiency or effectiveness of the business. With regard to leadership, it is revalidated that trust in supervisors is essential factor to lead organization. Thus, leading organization member based on trust is expected to have a positive effect on the organization’s goal.
