Aspects of Public administration in rural community development

국문 초록 (Abstract)

원자력 발전소 증기발생기 전열관 상용시제와 국산시제의 caustic 분위기에서 응력부식균 열 저항성을 평가하기 위하여 상용시제 C600MA, C600TT, C690TT와 국산시제 K600MA, K690TT 재료들에 대해서 4%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 50% NaOH 수용액에서 C-ring 시험을 수행하였다. 응력부식균열의 발생은 NaOH 농도에 따라 각기 다른 양상을 보였다. 4%와 50% NaOH 용액에서는 어떠한 균열도 발생되지 않았고 10%, 20% 및 30% NaOH 용액에서는 C600MA 재료에서 입계응력부식균열이 관찰되었다. 특히 30% NaOH 용액속에서는 C690TT 재료에서 입내응력부식균열이 관찰되었다. 한편 국산시제 K600MA와 K690TT에서는 어떠한 부식현상도 관찰되지 않았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Community Development seeks to work primarily through the enlistment and organization of self-help and co-operative effort on the part of the residents of the community, but usually with technical assistance from governmental or voluntary organizations and village associations. In this connection, four basic elements found are:
(1) a planned program
(2) encouragement of self-help
(3) technical assistance, which may include personnel equipment and supplies
(4) integrating various specialities for the help of the community.
