국문 초록 (Abstract)

지도자의 자율적 코칭행동과 그릿이 스포츠자신감에 미치는 영향

연구 목적: 본 연구는 운동선수에 대한 지도자의 자율적 코칭행동이 운동선수의 자신감에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 검증하고, 이러한 영향 관계에서 선수에게 요구되는 그릿이 어떠한 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다.
연구 방법: 이를 위해 고등학생과 대학생 운동선수 250명을 대상으로 자율적 코칭행동, 그릿, 자신감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 통계분석은 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, 가설검증을 위해 다중회귀분석과 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다.
연구 내용: 첫째, 자신감에 영향력이 제일 높은 자율적 코칭행동은 전략자율성 인정으로 확인되었고, 다음으로 자율적 훈련으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 열정그릿은 자율적 코칭행동의 전략자율성 인정과 자신감의 영향관계에서 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 끈기그릿은 자율적 코칭행동의 자율적 훈련과 자신감의 영향관계에서 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 끈기그릿은 자율적 코칭행동의 전략자율성 인정과 자신감의 영향관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 선수들의 경기 압박과 스트레스가 선수들의 자신감을 잃게 되는 원인이 될 수 있기 때문에 그릿과 자율적 코칭행동을 통하여 자신감이 향상될 수 있는 지속적인 선수들 관리에 대한 기초자료를 제공하였다.

The Impact of Leader’s Autonomous Coaching Behaviorand Grit on Sports Confidence

Abstract: This study sought to verify how the leader’s autonomous coaching behavior toward athletes affects the athletes’ confidence and to verify what kind of mediating effect the grit required of athletes has in this influence relationship. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on autonomous coaching behavior, grit, and confidence among 250 high school and college student athletes. Statistical analysis included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis and three-stage mediation regression analysis were conducted to verify the hypothesis. First, the autonomous coaching behavior with the highest impact on confidence was identified as recognition of strategic autonomy, followed by autonomous training. Second, passionate grit was confirmed to have a full mediating effect in the relationship between recognition of strategic autonomy and confidence in autonomous coaching behavior. Third, persistence grit was confirmed to have a full mediating effect in the relationship between autonomous training and confidence in autonomous coaching behavior. In addition, persistence grit was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between recognition of strategic autonomy and confidence in autonomous coaching behavior. This study provided basic data on continuous player management that can improve confidence through grit and autonomous coaching behavior because the pressure and stress of players’ competition can cause players to lose confidence.
