    The purpose of this study was to investigate the Relationship between Parent's Personality Type and Young Children's Creativity
    The questions for this study were as follow:
    First, Is there any difference between young children's creativity and their Parent's Personality Type, which is extraversion tendency and introversion tendency?
    Second, Is there any difference between young children's creativity and their Parent's Personality Type, which is sensing tendency and intuition tendency?
    Third, Is there any difference between young children's creativity and their Parent's Personality Type, which is thinking tendency and feeling tendency?
    Fourth, Is there any difference between young children's creativity and their Parent's Personality Type, which is judgement tendency and perception tendency?
    The subjects of this study were 190children(5-year-old) at the kindergarten and their parents in Masan. This study carried out in October. 2003, and 546 questionnaires have been finally analyzed.
    Two instruments were used: Myers Briggs Types Indicator(MBTI) and Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking, Form A(TTCT-A)
    The collected date were analyzed using SPSS(Statistical Packages for Social Sciences) Window 10.0 Version
    The results of this research are as follows:
    First, In father's case, extraversion tendency group and introversion tendency group made a meaningful difference in fluency, originality, abstraction of subjects, exquisiteness and resistance in hasty conclusion. In mother's case, extraversion tendency group and introversion tendency group made a meaningful difference in fluency, originality, exquisiteness and resistance in hasty conclusion.
    Second, In father's case, sensing tendency group and intuition tendency group made a meaningful difference in fluency, originality, exquisiteness and resistance in hasty conclusion. In mother's case, sensing tendency group and intuition tendency group made no meaningful difference in any young children's creativity.
    Third, In father's case, thinking tendency group and feeling tendency group made no meaningful difference in any young children's creativity. In mother's case, thinking tendency group and feeling tendency group made a meaningful difference in originality.
    Fourth, In father's case, judgement tendency group and perception tendency group made a meaningful difference in resistance and in hasty conclusion. In mother's case, judgement tendency group and perception tendency group made no meaningful difference in any young children's creativity.
    In conclusion, we could know the fact that Parent's MBTI Personality type has an effect on Young children's creativity.
