청소년이 지각한 부모양육행동과 학교적응이 우울에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Perceived Parenting Behavior and School Adjustment on the Depression of Early Adolescent

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각한 부모양육행동과 학교적응 유형에 따른 청소년의 우울성향을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 서울시와 경기도에 소재한 2개 중학교에 재학 중인 남학생과 여학생 289명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 청소년이 지각한 어머니와 아버지의 양육행동 유형 간에는 매우 높은 상관관계를 보이고 있었다. 청소년의 우울은 심리환경적인 요인, 특히 부모의 부정적인 양육행동이나 학교적응 유형에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 청소년의 우울에 주요한 영향을 미치는 청소년이 지각한 아버지의 양육행동은 방임이었으며, 어머니의 양육행동은 학대로 나타났다. 학교적응 유형과 관련해서는 학교친구적응, 학교교사적응, 학교환경적응이 주요하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 후속 연구방향에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study was to examine the adolescent's depression depending on the adolescents' perceived parenting behaviors and their types of school adjustments. The outcomes of the study were as followed: First, negative perceived parenting behaviors affected the adolescent depression. In particular, father's neglect was statistically significantly associated with adolescent's depression. In related to mother's parenting behaviors, physical abuse was substantially significant for the depression of their children. Second, it was found that the types of school adjustments such as school friend-related adjustment, school teacher-related adjustment, school environment-related adjustment had relationship with the adolescent depression. The findings of this study imply the importance of the proper parenting behaviors in child-rearing practice and well-adopting in school psycho-social environments to reduce the adolescent's depression and to achieve healthy mental health status.
