스포츠 스타들의 자서전에 담긴 숨은 역량 찾기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 스타들의 자서전에 담긴 역량을 알아보고 초등 체육과 교육과정과 청소년 교육 프로그램을 개발할 때 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이 목적을 위해 스포츠 스타들이 쓴 자서전을 수집하고 그 가운데 단체종목 출신의 스타 자서전 3권과 개인종목 출신의 스타 자서전 3권을 주요 자료로 분석하였다. 자서전에 담긴 단어, 문장과 문단을 분석하여 1차 코딩하고, 2차로 교육과정평가원에서 제시한 10대 역량을 기준으로 코딩된 자료를 귀납적으로 포함시켰으며, 마지막으로 최종 범주화 된 자료는 연구자에 의해 주제화 되었다. 연구결과 총 141개의 원자료는 ‘나를 위한 역량’, ‘우리를 위한 역량’, ‘미래를 위한 역량’으로 주제화 되었다. 나를 위한 역량에는 ‘감정조절’, ‘긍정’, ‘인내’로 구분되었고, 우리를 위한 역량에는 ‘의사소통’, ‘국제사회이해’, ‘대인관계’로 구분되었다. 마지막으로 미래를 위한 역량에는 ‘창의력’, ‘진로개발’로 나뉘었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 초등 체육과 교육과정은 학생 내면의 역량과 사회적인 관계를 잘 맺을 수 있는 역량, 미래를 위해 자기의 진로를 고민할 수 있는 역량을 키울 수 있도록 신체활동을 구성하고 교육과정을 계획하여야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find hidden competencies in biofraphy of sports star and to provide a basis data for developing curriculum of physical education and youth education. Many biographies of sports star were collected for this purpose. Finally 3 biography of team sports star and 3biography of personal sports star were chosen for material in this study. Words, sentences, paragraphs in biography were coded first, the coded data were included in each competencies proposed by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation. Each competencies has been tied by researcher in according to the mean. As a result, analyzed a total of 141 raw data, ‘Competencies for me’, ‘Competencies for us’, ‘Competencies for future’ three kinds of topics were found. ‘Competencies for me’ were divided into ‘emotions control’, ‘positive’, ‘patient’. ‘Competencies for us’ were divided into ‘communication’, ‘international understanding’, ‘interpersonal relationships’. ‘Competencies for future’ were divided into ‘creativity’, ‘career development’. The proposal based on the fingings are that competencies of students inside, relationship competencies, career competencies must be applied to the physical education curriculum in conjunction with physical activity.
