경화제 무첨가 에폭시 시멘트 모르터 및 콘크리트의 역학적 성질 = Mechanical Properties of Epoxy-Modified Mortars and Concretes without Hardener

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경화제 무첨가 에폭시 수지는 시멘트 모르터 및 콘크리트 중에 시멘트 수화에 의해 생성된 수산화물(예를 들어 $Ca(OH)_2$)의 존재하에서 경화할 수 있음에 착안하여, 본 연구는 경화제를 첨가하지 않은 에폭시 시멘트 모르터 및 콘크리트의 배합비 변화에 따른 역학적 성질을 파악하고 종래의 경화제 첨가 에폭시 시멘트 모르터 및 콘크리트와 비교하여 성능과 경제적인 면에서 우수한 경화제 무첨가 에폭시 시멘트 모르터 및 콘크리트를 개발하기 위하여 연구되었다. 연구 결과 종래의 경화제 첨가 에폭시 시멘트 모르터 및 콘크리트와 비교하여 10-20%의 낮은 폴리머 시멘트 비에서 우수한 역학적 성질을 가진 경화제 무첨가 에폭시 시멘트 모르터 및 콘크리트를 개발할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the epoxy-modified mortars and concretes without
hardener having a good balance between performance and cost. In this study, the epoxy-modified
and concretes without and with the hardener are prepared with various polymer-cement ratios,
and tested for the mechanical properties of the epoxy-modified mortars and concretes without
and with the hardener.
From the test results, the epoxy-modified mortars and concretes without the hardener having
an excellent mechanical properties are developed at low polymer-cement ratios of 10 to 20% compared
with those of conventional epoxy-modified mortars and concretes with the hardener.
