대학생의 창의력 능력과 창의적 성격 탐색을 위한 기초 연구 = A study on creative thinking ability and creative personality of the university students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study was to investigate the relations between creative thinking ability and creative personality of the university students according to their academic speciality.<BR>  There were research results that there was no significant difference from creative thinking ability except continuation & connection among the university students according to their academic speciality. And correlation coefficient between creative thinking ability and creative personality of university students was partly. I assumed, however, that this relation for university students according to their academic speciality would be influenced by sex and age variable and the validation of test. So it is necessary to develop and validate the testing instruments to measure creative thinking ability and creative personality.<BR>  I expect this results will give some implications to develop the educational program for fostering creativity in university and to develop the testing instruments to measure creative thinking ability and creative personality for university students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구는 대학생의 창의적 특성을 탐색하고자 하는데 목적을 두고, 전공에 따라 창의적 능력(연속성, 완성도, 새로운 요소첨가, 주제, 비관습성)과 창의적 성격(개방성, 정서불안, 추진력, 독립성, 비사회성, 자기확신)에 어떤 차이가 있는지, 창의적 능력과 성격의 각 하위요인들간에 어떤 상관관계를 보이는지를 확인하였다. 따라서 교육, 인문, 자연, 경영, 공학전공의 1~4학년 학생 385명을 대상으로 하여 창의성 검사를 실시하였다.<BR>  본 연구의 결과, 대학생의 창의적 능력에 있어서는 연속성을 제외하고는 다른 창의성 요인에 있어서 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 그런데 통계적인 차이는 없었으나 여러 요인에서 교육 및 인문계열에 비하여 자연계 학생들의 도형 창의성에서 낮은 평균점수가 나타난 점은 고려해야 할 사항이라 여겨진다. 창의적 성격을 살펴본 결과에 따르면 정서불안, 자기확신, 비사회성 요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 이러한 차이는 인문계열과 타 전공 간의 차이가 대부분이었다. 따라서 본 연구가 대학생의 창의성과 관련된 다양한 측면을 탐색함으로써 개인의 창의성에 대한 이해를 높여, 앞으로 대학생용 통합창의성검사의 개발과 교육 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 창의성 프로그램을 개발하는데 시사를 주고자 한다.
