대학의 교수-학습, 어떻게 정의돼야 하나? = How Should We Define Teaching-Learning of College Instruction?

The emergence of knowledge-based society, knowledge industries, and the new learning age made it inevitable to discard the traditional cramming methode of college instruction. To explore a new teaching-learning model appropriate to the new society, this article first identified 5 intellectual abilities that should be developed through college education, and then analyzed the nature of the abilities with respect to the type of knowledge associated with the abilities. Ascertaining that the abilities were associated mostly with procedural knowledge which was difficult to expand through the traditional model of instruction, a new model of teaching-learning was proposed.
