보성다향대축제의 문화융합적 접근과 글로벌 확장 가능성 분석 = Analysis of the Cultural Convergence Approach and Global Expansion Potential of the Boseong Tea Festival

국문 초록 (Abstract)

보성다향대축제는 대한민국을 대표하는 차문화 축제로, 전통과 현대가 조화를 이루며 발전해왔다. 본 연구는 축제의 문화융합적 요소와 글로벌 확장 가능성을 분석하여 지속 가능한 발전 방안을 모색하였다. 연구 결과, 체험형 프로그램 확대, 글로벌 차문화 교류 활성화, AI 및 디지털 기술 도입, 웰니스 관광 및체류형 관광 상품 개발이 필수적임을 확인하였다. 특히, 차밭 체험, 다도 교육, 차 블렌딩 등 맞춤형 체험형콘텐츠 강화가 중요하며, 해외 차 전문가 초청, 국제 차 박람회 참여 등을 통해 글로벌 차문화 교류를 확대할필요가 있다. 또한, AI 기반 차 추천 시스템, VR·AR 체험 콘텐츠, 디지털 스토리텔링을 활용한 홍보 전략을도입해야 한다. 웰니스 관광을 강화하기 위해 녹차 테라피, 차 요가, 티 스파 등 차를 활용한 프로그램을 도입하고, 체류형 관광 상품 개발을 통해 방문객 만족도를 높여야 한다. 이를 위해 차산업과 관광산업을 연계한 융합 콘텐츠 개발 및 디지털 홍보 전략을 강화할 필요가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 방문객 데이터를 활용한맞춤형 콘텐츠 전략 및 AI 기반 빅데이터 분석을 통해 축제의 지속적인 발전 방안을 정교하게 설계해야 한다. 본 연구를 통해, 보성다향대축제가 국제적인 차문화 교류의 중심으로 성장할 가능성이 높음을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Boseong Dahyang Tea Festival is one of South Korea's representative tea culture festivals, harmonizing tradition and modernity as it continues to develop. This study analyzes the cultural convergence aspects of the festival and its potential for global expansion, aiming to propose sustainable development strategies. The research identifies four key areas for improvement: Expansion of experiential programs, Activation of global tea culture exchange, Integration of AI and digital technology, and Development of wellness tourism and immersive tourism products.
In particular, strengthening customized experiential content, such as tea plantation experiences, tea ceremony education, and tea blending workshops, is crucial. Additionally, international exchange should be enhanced by inviting global tea experts and participating in international tea expos. The festival should adopt AI-based tea recommendation systems, VR/AR tea experience content, and digital storytelling strategies to modernize its approach.
To promote wellness tourism, programs utilizing green tea therapy, tea yoga, and tea spa treatments should be introduced, while immersive tourism packages must be developed to enhance visitor satisfaction. Strengthening the linkage between the tea industry and tourism industry through cultural convergence content and digital marketing strategies is essential.
Future research should focus on refining festival development strategies through visitor data-driven personalized content planning and AI-based big data analysis. This study confirms the potential of the Boseong Dahyang Tea Festival to grow into a central hub for international tea culture exchange.
