Nature repeats the life cycle(birth-growth-decline-fall) circulating 4 seasons with no relation to the will of men. That is metempsychosis. Also men live while adapting themselves to nature and comes back to the nature.
Jijanggan is a mark of change of time and space in the course of nature's endless change meaning the Cheongan hidden in Earthly Branches ,and a table that is marked with what the nature should do at the period. Jijanggan contains 2 or 3 Cheongan as it marks the most important vigor at the time. Though marking Jijanggan with only a few of letters, it describes Samhap, 12ùnxìng and 12Shensha correctly and presents the basis on which to be able to describe all the theory of Myungri very simply and easily.
Cheongan and Earthly Branches refer to 10Cheongan and 12Earthly Branches. Cheongan as Yang refers to the heaven and Earthly Branches as Ŭm refers to the earth. Ten Heavenly Stems and 12 Earthly Branches is what all nature is made for letter according to the characteristics and shape of each thing. Cheongan and Earthly Branches are also used for basic theory of each field of Oriental studies like SajuMyungrihak, Oriental medicine and Feng Shui.
Cheonganhap is an essential phenomenon to rotate the earth. The transition of nature should first be recognized and then why the Cheonganhap should be done in the nature.
Jijanggan marks something that flows endlessly for 4 seasons. In other words, it explains the flow of nature, the course of metempsychosis so neatly and at the same time, how the flow of time does while coming through over the space. When this is understood, so is the transition of natural phenomenon into the theory of Myungri and the ground of the theory. In the Gagwol in the Jijanggan, everything is there including how the energy of heaven is changed to be able to govern the space so that men can live and the ground of HyungchungHoihap.
Samhap is the course that the energy creates materials, 12ùnxìng is the course that the acting force of energy is changed and 12Shensha is the change of the earth. Here the Samhap is divided into 12 to investigate how the form of materials is changed in each month.
The change of Earthly Branches is called Hyung·Chung·Pa·Hae in terms of Myungri. The nature has the self-regulation so that 12Earthly Branches controls itself. HyungchungHoihap does not happen by itself in Earthly Branches but happens whe never the time in Jijanggan is moving,
The energy of Cheongan that exists in Jijanggan is dynamic and transforms the shape of materials as time passes through space. This is so called that time rules space.
As such, it is expected that the deep research of Jijanggan, the essential principle of nature, might be the chance to realize the essential principle of universe as well as Myungrihak science.
